People, offender, Child, molester, assume




Question by alexsanders128: Why do people assume that a Sex Offender is a Child Molester?

There are plenty of sex offenders whose offenses had nothing to do with children. But when you say "sex offender" people automatically assume "child molester". Crazy!

I think because that is the kind of sexual offense we usually hear these days. I mean, that is usually what comes to my mind, even though I know there are other kinds of sexual offenses besides child molestation.

Either way, sexual offenses are bad.
