Question by Joe6: Is it better to have sex on or off your period?

I'm just curious for future reference when I'm married and all,but is it better to have sex on or off my period in order to avoid getting pregnant. I"ve been told being on it to avoid it is the best but idk. I'm not sexually active at all, it's just something I've been very curious about.

Don't have sex on your period. Its nasty and smells, and you'll get really self conscious. Plus, there is no difference, you can still get pregnant. Get on birth control, or use condoms.
